ST. JOHN’S READER SCHEDULE 2008-2009 Assigned Readers are responsible for reading the Third Hour prayers before Liturgy, and the Epistle reading for the day.  All Readers are to be at Church 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the Third Hour prayers.  After putting on your cassock, prepare the Epistle Book and get a blessing from the Priest to read the Third Hour.  If you are unable to read on your assigned day, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to find a replacement.
